Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of items cannot be returned — perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted)
  • Contact your bank (processing times can vary)

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us first at support@orbytstore.com .

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift
